The Ebenezer Child Development Staff is committed to building a staff that understands child development, brain research, and best practices for meeting the social, emotional, and cognitive developments of young children. Our staff members are:

 

• Experienced in childhood education

• Certified (most staff have CPA; other staff in progress)

• Trained in CPR and First Aid

• Experienced in best practices related to COVID-19 prevention and appropriate
  responsiveness in childcare operations.

• Enrolled in Conscious Discipline Training

• Trained in Frog Street Curriculum implementation
